Our client is seeking an Assistant General Manager: Food & Beverage Manager for their team.
Requirements:
- Matric/Equivalent
- Diploma or degree in Food & Beverage Management/Equivalent
- Must have 2 years of related experience in Food & Beverage.
- You will be required to work duty management shifts
Description:
- To ensure the restaurant is operated in line with maximum profit while delivering exceptional products.
- Forecasting
- Prepare, utilise, and update the annual marketing plan broken down by department
- Assist with administration tasks: budget preparation, mid and end-month preparation, and financial year-end preparation.
- Ensure all internal control measures, as audited, are in place and adhered to at all times.
- Ensure personal upskilling and growth through participating in personal development activities.
- Establish performance goals and development goals for your employees through continuous appraisal of your direct reports
- Coaching and feedback
- Oversee HR related actions
Salary:
R30,368 CTC
