Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) as you will be communicating in Afrikaans 90% of the time.

Minimum requirement
- NQF6 Qualification in Food Safety or relevant or aspirations for a career in food quality assurance.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Reliable transport.
- Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Filing and administration.
- Assistant to the QA Manager.
- Ensure records are completed and kept up to date.
- Assist with updating procedures and system documentation.
- Monitor cleaning, pest control, hygiene, waste removal, etc.
- Assist with any traceability information.
